Cacique Caterers - About Us

......From our very first food fiasco, we knew we could do this for fun and for a living.

My wife Maria and I met in 2008 and our first planned event was our own wedding reception--out of shear necessity.  Having been laid off from the Construction industry three weeks before our wedding, we took it upon ourselves to prepare a small but quite splendid culinary spread--within a very tight budget.  

Being newly married and unemployed, I realized the time came to embark on my guilty pleasure of so many years... COOKING!  Completing culinary school has only wet my culinary appetite. 

With great encouragement and support from my wife Maria (who is my partner in the business), from my kids who believed in their Daddy and my supportive sister and beloved Cuban Mother who pushed me to dream, I embarked on this mission.  I have learned to believed in me and my art so Cacique Caterers was born!   My desire to please the palate of others has brought me here.

Not only is it the objective of  CACIQUE CATERERS to exceed the ever-increasing expectations of you, our personal client,  it is our goal to push to higher standards every day.

Our menus are filled with passion and enthusiasm, and the food here is prepared with skill, imagination and with the hard to find homemade quality many crave.
