Chef Jose is a seasoned gentleman of Cuban descent. His family emigrated from Cuba and settled in the Florida Keys in the mid to late 1960's. Being from a humble family of Lobster Fisherman, he understood from early on the importance of quality food, delivering excellence to customers and a deep rooted passion for the culinary arts. Throughout the years, he never forgot his guilty pleasure. He pursued his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts with Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, FL where he graduated top of his class.
Chef Jose is Serv-Safe Certified and recognized to have met all requirements in accordance to La Foundation Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris, France. Chef Jose's inspiration and mentors are James Beard and Chef Gordon Ramsey.
